To Singapore

We are currently offering Next Business Day delivery to your doorstep for all orders with no minimum spending.  

International Delivery

We regret to inform you that we are not accepting any deliveries beyond Singapore.  We are currently sourcing an overseas shipping partner and we hope that by mid 2022, we will be able to deliver to most countries.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied once you receive your goods, we will grant you a full refund for the goods within 21 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is simple. If you don't like the new stuff as much as you thought you would, we've got you covered.  You have 30 days of receipt to exchange for a different one. We're cool with that. It's meant to give you the chance to try some new gear without blowing your money for too long.  

How to start the Refund / Exchange process

To start the refund / exchange process, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Then contact us at support@avodahlabel.com or via Whatsapp at +65 87868146 with the following information.

  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order Number (if available)
  • Colour, Size and Fit of the items desired for return or exchange
  • Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
  • Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired. 

Our colleagues will then arrange a date that fits your schedule (office hours only).  If it's a refund, we will pick up the item from you, and refund you either to your credit card / or store credit within 3 business days. 

If it's an exchange, we will be bringing the new size(s) and you can try on the new size while we wait.  Your satisfaction is our topmost priority.

 

Refund / Exchange exceptions

We do regret however, that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on

  • Sale items or items bought during sale and/ or promotional periods
  • Items bought using discount codes
  • Items that have been washed, tags removed, missing packaging
  • Gift Cards
