To get your activewear really clean, try using powder over liquid detergent. We recommend using powders because they dissolve better and are better at cleaning fabric. - Wash them with like colors
As with all old mothers' tales (and they're true), the usual practice of separating your light, and dark items applies. - Washing Machine ok ?
As much as we prefer hand washing our activewear, the washing machine is there for convenience. We get it. So if you must wash them in the washing machine, please follow these instructions.
a) Machine wash in Cold water please
b) Put them in a laundry mesh bag
c) It's a No No to use fabric softeners or bleach
d) Set to Delicate wash
e) Strongly recommended to use with a laundry net.
Please hang dry.
f) Turn the apparels inside out before you send for washing. - Can I dry clean them ?
No. That would be weird. - Can I iron them?
No please. Use a steamer if you would like straighten them.

- Turn your dirty socks inside out, and use a laundry mesh bag.
- Air dry your socks if possible, or tumble dry with no heat to maintain their fit.

Use a wet cloth, and wipe down your workout mat after use.
Let it dry out, before you roll them back.
Do not use any form of oil please.
Before working out, please ensure you remove all jewellery.

We will ship it out the next business day via our couriers. We normally use QExpress and Singpost. You should receive your items within 3 business days.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
For local shipping rates, if you spend above S$50, shipping will be free.

Returns & Refunds

Our exchange policy is simple. If you don't like the new stuff as much as you thought you would, we've got you covered. You have 30 days of receipt to exchange for a different one. We're cool with that.
It's meant to give you the chance to try some new gear without blowing your money for too long.
To start the refund / exchange process, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Then contact us at support@avodahactive.com or via Whatsapp at +65 87868146 with the following information.
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number (if available)
- Colour, Size and Fit of the items desired for return or exchange
- Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
- Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired.
Our colleagues will then arrange a date that fits your schedule (office hours only). If it's a refund, we will pick up the item from you, and refund you either to your credit card / or store credit within 3 business days.
If it's an exchange, we will be bringing the new size(s) and you can try on the new size while we wait. Your satisfaction is our topmost priority.

Of course. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 21 days of receipt and we will refund your payment.

No worries, we will pay for it. We will ask our couriers to pick up the items from you once we have processed the refund.
We only need you to pack the items back in the poly mailer bag and be home to return the items back to our couriers.
In the event if it is an international order, we will absorb all shipping costs too if the items refunded are due to poor quality or rejects.
